Now the calm before we do it all agian for new year. &lt;br /&gt;Thats when we need that new year new start regime. Time to get fit!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;It shouldn't be a chore, it should be something you enjoy and get something out of it.&lt;br /&gt;If you can't train on your own, try and find a parnter that you can work together with. type='text'>Hereward Relay Update.</title><content type='html'>Sunday the 27th Nov.&lt;br /&gt;Very windy this morning, luckily is was mostly a tail wind.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;We finished a very credable 14th team&amp;nbsp;out of around 130.&lt;br /&gt;We were also the first vets team!&lt;br /&gt;I did the second stage&amp;nbsp;- 10.4 miles mostly off road in 1.08.40&lt;br /&gt;This gave me second vet overall in this leg.&amp;nbsp;Missing out of the vets award by just 6 seconds!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Great day overall&lt;div class="blogger-post-footer"&gt;&lt;img width='1' height='1' type='text'>Palermo Half Marathon</title><content type='html'>Last weekend 18th nov to 21st nov I went to sicilly with 15 other Riverside Runners.&lt;br /&gt;With a very large amount of drink on the days leading up to the half marathon it wasn't looking to good.&lt;br /&gt;On race day the sun was&amp;nbsp;shining and a lovely 22c. Didnt feel as bad as I thought I would! Anything under the one hour thirty would be a bonus. I felt better as the race went on. &lt;br /&gt;I finished in 1.26.43. 67th out of over a thousand runners, an 15th in my age group.
